We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Must include original packaging
Must be free from wear, stains, or odors
Proof of purchase is required
Handmade items may have natural variations, which are not considered defects.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange:
Email us at support@yourstore.com with your order number.
Provide photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We will send you the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
Need a Different Size, Color, or Style?
We offer exchanges within 30 days, as long as the item is:
Unused
In original packaging
In resellable condition
If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we can:
Offer another item of equal value, or
Provide a refund once your original item is returned
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
Contact us within 48 hours
Send clear photos of the product and package
We will replace the item or issue a full refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or personalized items
Used items
Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
